Confirm your booking with payment details. For complex tasks, we will send a specialist for a detailed quote. For simpler jobs, we will schedule a time for our tradesman to visit and complete the work.

Our tradesman arrives, shows ID, and gets to work. After finishing, you will receive a job ticket with a cost breakdown to sign. Payment is made by card or cheque, and a receipt will be emailed to you.
If the work isn't up to standard, contact us, and we'll fix it at no extra charge. We charge based on the time used, with a minimum of half an hour for handymen and one hour for plumbers and electricians. We're here to make your experience smooth and satisfactory.
